Are capes washable?
Yes! When we were choosing fabric for our capes, we wanted to make sure our capes were durable enough to be played in and, thus, needed to be washable. So we chose a cotton/poly material. We recommend that you either hand wash or machine wash gentle in cold water then line dry.
What size cape should I order?
We offer three sizes of capes: adult, child, and toddler. All capes are measured from the back of the neck. We also make bibs upon request.
- Adult - 28 inches in length. Recommended for those age 12+
- Child - 22 inches in length. Recommended for those age 2-11
- Toddler - 18 inches in length. Recommended for those 18 months-2 years

Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the custom nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you feel that there is an issue, please email Sam at customcapeshop@gmail.com.
How long does it take you to make my order?
Normal turn around time is 3-5 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please send us an email and include the date needed in your order. We also recommend choosing an expedited shipping method.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. We do offer the option to upgrade to Priority or Express Mail. Oh how we wish we could guarantee shipping dates, but unfortunately we don’t control the USPS.
