About Us
Our oldest son wanted a super hero themed party for his 5th birthday. Being my child, he wanted the party favors to match the theme. We started looking for capes and everything we found was either out of our price range or poor quality. We did some research and decided to make our own personalized capes for each party guest. They were a big hit! Friends encouraged us to sell them and Custom Cape Shop was born. We sold our first cape three days later.
Our business changed in March 2020. We started receiving calls from friends who were asking us to make masks. Houston had just issued a mask mandate and there were no masks to be found. We quickly pivoted our business model and production.
Families are ready to fly high and soar again. We are thrilled that we were able to help in during the pandemic, but are excited to get back to our roots.
